You agree to review and approve design concepts and final deliverables within the specified timeframes.

Any delays or changes to project requirements may impact deadlines and costs.

4. Payment and Fees

We may require a deposit before commencing work, and final payment is due upon project completion.

Late payments may incur interest or result in the suspension of services.

If you get the work done by the company and pay the amount to the company as advance booking, if you cancel the work midway or refuse to accept the design after the design is made, then the company will not refund the advance amount

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership and rights to the final design files.

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We retain the right to use any non-proprietary elements (e.g., fonts, stock images) in our future work.

6. Revisions and Changes

We provide a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

You are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep project details and information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
